Welcome to Buffalo's newest up & coming Country Music Festival. Flannel Fest Buffalo was founded by Steve Glica and business partner Brandon Smith. With a great deal of passion for Country Music, it was a no brainer for Steve & Brandon to pursue this next chapter. Not to mention the fact, who doesn’t love wearing Flannels & country music?! Tying it all into one great event was an easy choice.
